To be a good dancer, we must practice at home in front of the mirror and
record the video of our training session. If we’re worried about dancing at the
club or during some other social situation, we’re not alone. This is a normal
concern, especially, if we never danced in public before. The best way to
combat our nervousness is to practice at home in front of mirror and record the
video of our training session. By doing that, we can see how we look while we
dancing and get comfortable with the image and we can immediately correct
mistake and tweak movements in our performance. For example, when we’re ready, start
by putting on a song with a good beat that we can dance to because no one is
watching, so we close our eye and get into a music and spend some time
reviewing the video and analyzing our self afterward.
Other than that, the best result to be a good dancer is a watch dance
step from clips on the internet, on Television Show or Movie and observe how
other people dance. Check out the way the dancer’s dance for more ideas and
take note of their movements and try them out. We can look and learn how the
dancer interacting with each other and carrying themselves. Then, we look at
what the dancer’s doing to project their confidence in their movement, like
expression and posture. For example, after we have watched the clip a few times
try to replicate the way dancers move and try to move the similar way
Moving to the next point, we as a dancer must
tune out the negativity and surround our self with positive people. Surrounding
our self with people who make we feel good about our dancing is key to
performing well. Dancing is a visual art, and people who feel good about their
dancing appear more confident and more fun to watch. If we are around a
negative group, of people who isolate us or put we down, find a better crowd to
associate with. Doing this will dramatically increase our happiness and
performance. When we do a performance, we just ignore any harmful negativity
crime at us. Try to avoid engaging in
negative self and criticism as well. What we have to do is, replace the
negative thought patterns with positive one.
For example, when people critics say like “you are weak dancer” take
that criticism as a strength. Instead of letting their criticism bring you
down, you should say “at least I try my best, I don’t need to be a good dancer
for anybody. I am good enough for myself”.
As a conclusion, to be a good dancer, work hard is the key. Never stop
practicing and push our self on order to be the best dancer team. For me
myself, never give up and never let go of our dreams. If we want to be a
brilliant dancer, go for it. If could change our life with passion that we
choose.
